Strong alliance for e-mobility

Request information

Austrian Mobile Power was established in 2009 as a platform to promote electric mobility within, and from, Austria. With members drawn from a wide range of industries, we represent concentrated know-how in the vehicle, infrastructure and energy sectors, technology providers and industry associations, all under a single roof.

We have set ourselves the goal of networking relevant players in politics and business and to jointly generate ideas to drive electric mobility in Austria, both at product and service level and through public relations activities.

As Austria's central agency responsible for issuing international identification numbers for e-mobility service providers (EMAID) and charging point operators (EVSEID), Austrian Mobile Power plays a key role in establishing an international and multi-operator basis for intelligent charging infrastructure and international user services.

Concentrated know-how is the key to success

The majority of our members are involved in current implementation projects such as model regions and lighthouse projects for electric mobility. The valuable experience and findings this involvement generates – combined with research expertise – is the basis for implementing sustainable products and services "Made in Austria".

Innovation camps and task forces dealing with the subjects of research, innovation and market launches are working intensively on rapidly making electric mobility a reality.

Our Steering Committee and Executive Board are comprised of prominent representatives from a wide range of industries. This ensures broad consensus and rapid decision-making – the ideal foundations for driving electric mobility in Austria.
